Terms and conditions

Who runs the site

The website ikwaba.com is run by Toure Tia Kevin, trading as Ikwaba, in Bassano del Grappa (VI), Italy, VAT IT04420040240, contact@ikwaba.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.

What you’ll find on the site

The site presents my services (websites, online stores, apps, AI and automation, social media, SEO, maintenance), the projects I’ve built and in-depth articles. I don’t sell services directly from the site: each job is agreed through a written quote and a separate agreement.

Information and prices

The information and prices given on the pages and in the articles are indicative, reflect what I charge on the date of publication and may change. They are not a binding offer: the written quote is what counts. The articles are for information and are not legal, tax or medical advice: for those matters, consult a qualified professional. I try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but I can’t guarantee it is always free of errors.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, graphics, logos, images and code are mine or used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. You may quote short extracts with the source and a link. You may not copy or reuse the site, or significant parts of it, without my written permission. The names and trademarks of clients in the projects section belong to their owners and are mentioned as references to my work.

Using the contact form

You can use the form to ask for information or a quote. Sending unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or automated messages is not allowed. I may block submissions that look like spam. How data is handled is described in the privacy notice.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to third-party sites (for example the sites of projects I’ve built). I don’t control their content and am not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage arising from using the site or being unable to use it, nor from interruptions, errors or third-party content. This doesn’t limit the rights the law gives consumers or any liability that can’t be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. In other cases the Court of Vicenza has jurisdiction.

Changes

I may update these terms: the version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
