How much does it cost to bring AI and automation into a business?

The initial consultation or a first automation start from €500. Projects with several processes and AI agents are quoted after the free analysis. The usage costs of the AI models are separate, and I estimate them for you before we start.

Where's the best place to start with AI?

With a repetitive task that wastes time every week, like answering the same questions or summarizing documents. We try it on that, measure the result and then expand.

Do I have to change the software I use?

No. The scripts connect to the software you already use, such as email, spreadsheets, your management software or CRM, usually through their APIs. If a program has no API, I find another way, for example reading the files it exports.

Why custom scripts and not an automation platform?

Because a script written for your process does exactly what is needed and has no monthly fee that grows with use. I write it with Claude, so development stays quick.

What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent carries out a task in several steps: it looks up information, uses your software and prepares a result for you to check.

What happens if an automation gets stuck?

Every automation sends an alert when something goes wrong, so the problem shows up right away and no data is lost silently.

Does AI use my company's data to train itself?

With the business plans and APIs of the main providers, your data is not used to train the models. I choose tools and settings based on the data you handle, GDPR included.

What does the AI Act require of my business?

The EU regulation on artificial intelligence requires transparency from anyone using chatbots and AI-generated content with the public. I point out the obligations that apply to your case; for legal advice you need a lawyer.

Do you really use AI in your work?

Yes, every day. I write the software and scripts of my projects with Claude, and they publish articles, prepare social media posts and check the servers on their own. I have also built a platform that answers questions about company documents.
