How much does it cost to build an app?

The cost depends on the features. With React Native a single codebase covers iPhone and Android, so it costs less than two separate apps. The quote is free and in writing.

How long does it take to build an app?

From 4 to 16 weeks. A simple app (catalog, contacts, notifications) takes 4-6 weeks; with login, payments and advanced features it takes 8-16 weeks. Before we start, you get a detailed schedule.

Will the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. With React Native I write a single codebase that runs on both platforms, with the look and performance of a native app.

Do you also handle publishing to the stores?

Yes. I handle the whole release on the App Store and Google Play: developer account, screenshots, listings and review. Afterwards I can also manage the updates.

Can I update the app without going through the stores?

For many changes, yes: with Expo, updates go straight to the phones (OTA). New native features, on the other hand, need a new version in the stores.

Can I see the app before it is built?

Yes. We start from wireframes and interactive prototypes: you try the screens on your phone and we fix them together before writing any code.

What technologies do you use?

React Native and Expo for the app, with a backend chosen for the project: a cloud database, the APIs you already have or a custom admin panel.
