AI workshop for your team
A half-day on site to teach your team to use AI in their everyday work, with the training record ready.
The AI workshop is a half-day of hands-on training at your premises: your team tries artificial intelligence on real quotes, emails and documents and learns what never to give it. I run it myself, in person, for groups of up to 12 people. At the end you get the training record and a one-page AI usage policy: the EU AI Act asks businesses that use AI to make sure their staff know how to use it.

How much does an AI workshop for a business cost?
from €690
A half-day costs €690, a full day €1,190 and the follow-up after 30 days, two hours for questions and an updated record, €290. Outside the province of Vicenza, travel is added.
FAQ
Is AI training mandatory?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 February 2025, asks those who use AI systems to make sure their staff have adequate skills. It doesn't require a specific course: you need to be able to show what was done, for example with a record. For your specific case, check with your adviser.
Does the team need to know how to use AI already?
No. We start from scratch, with examples from your work. Those who already use it learn to do it better and without risking your data.
Which tools do we use?
The ones you have or can really use, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. I don't ask you to buy subscriptions before the workshop.
What does the business keep after the workshop?
The training record, a one-page AI usage policy and three concrete opportunities with an estimate of the time saved.
Can it be done online?
I prefer to run it on site, because the exercises are done on your team's computers. For groups far away, an online version can be considered.
