Sito Web per Parrucchieri e Centri Estetici: Guida Completa 2026 - Ikwaba

A hairdresser’s or beauty salon’s website has to get people booking: show the services with prices, photos of the work, who works in the salon and a simple way to make an appointment from a phone. Instagram and the Google listing bring people in; the site is where they book and see what a service costs. A brochure site usually costs €800 to €2,500; online booking is added depending on the system you choose.

I’m Toure Tia Kevin, a web developer in Bassano del Grappa, Italy. I built Cutye, a management tool for salons with a web dashboard and two apps, one for professionals and one for clients. I know the problems of diaries, cancellations and reminders at close quarters.

What a salon’s website needs

  1. A price list of services with prices or “from” prices, duration and a short description. People who can’t find prices often don’t call.
  2. Online booking, or at least a WhatsApp button and a call button. An online diary cuts phone calls and lets people book outside opening hours.
  3. Photos of your work: cuts, colours, treatments, with the permission of the people pictured. A few good photos beat many average ones.
  4. The team: who works in the salon, with specialities and photos.
  5. Opening hours and how to get there, with parking and accessibility.
  6. Gift vouchers and promotions, if you offer them.

Instagram and the site work together

For a salon, Instagram is the shop window of its work: photos, reels, before and after. The site is where people understand services and prices and book. Linking the two is simple: a bio link to booking, the site’s gallery tied to the posts. If you’d like help with social media, there’s the social media and automated content service.

Diary, cancellations and reminders

A salon’s real problem is last-minute cancellations. With online booking come automatic reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email, and cancellations are handled with clear rules. If a ready-made diary isn’t enough, a custom management tool can combine the diary, client records, product stock and statistics: that’s the case with Cutye.

Getting found locally

Someone searching “hairdresser near me” arrives from Google Maps. A Google Business listing with services, hours, photos and reviews, with well-kept replies to every comment. The site should mention the name of the town and the areas you work in.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a ready-made online diary?

Yes, there are plenty and they plug into the site. They’re judged on cost, reminders and how easy they are for you and your clients to use.

Is an app worth it for my salon?

For a single salon, usually not: good online booking is enough. An app makes sense for chains or to build loyalty with features of its own.
